Diversity cannot be treated as an isolated issue. The various dimensions are interlinked and must be considered in an intersectional manner. This is why effective diversity management is crucial: it connects the different dimensions of diversity and ensures that measures and initiatives are coordinated.

Ein Hoch auf die Vielfalt! Die Diversity Days 25 an der HHN

Weltoffen, demokratisch und vielfältig - so lebt die Hochschule Heilbronn ihr Miteinander. Das stellte sie im Rahmen der diesjährigen Diversity Days mit zahlreichen Aktionsständen & Veranstaltungen vor. An allen Standorten wurde zum Mitmachen, Nachdenken und Diskutieren eingeladen.
