Equal opportunities at HHN

According to its mission statement, Heilbronn University stands for a modern and open-minded society with basic democratic values.

The promotion of female students, academic staff and professors in areas in which women are still underrepresented is not only required by law, but is also an important strategic university goal. You can find more information on gender equality goals, reports and statistics in the "Tasks and Goals" section.

The Gender Equality Officers are involved in enforcing equal opportunities between genders and are the information point for anyone who is concerned with equal opportunities issues or would like to know more about them.

Services and Advice are available for female students, academic staff and professors. Applicants for academic positions are also welcome to contact the Gender Equality Officer.
