Anyone who meets the general and program-specific admission requirements of the respective degree program may apply for a available study place via the portal.
In all other respects, the Admission and Enrollment Regulations of Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences apply.
Applications for available study places must be submitted exclusively online via our application portal on eCampus:
After successful registration, click “Start Late Application” and then select your desired program under “Add a request for Available Study Places.”
Please do not send any paper documents at this stage.

Please upload your documents in the eCampus portal as part of your application. We only accept documents submitted online. It is not possible to submit documents in person or by post.
The following checklists can serve as a guide when preparing an application via the Available Study Place Portal. Please note, however, that for the Available Study Place Portal, usually only the general documents or proofs are required.
Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences will inform successful applicants by means of an official letter of admission.
Please note that the deadline for accepting the study place and completing enrollment is very short.
We therefore recommend checking your application status regularly in the online portal.
