If you would like to participate in our international BiNe-Journey, you can register here. After registering, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us at bine@hs-heilbronn.de. 

Shortly before the journey starts, you will receive additional instructions via email.

BiNe-Groups usually consist of four people, two participants from Egypt and two from Germany. We strive to create diverse teams by bringing together individuals from various educational institutions and fields of work since we are convinced that each person brings their own wealth of experience, which is valuable to others.

Important: When assigning groups, we do not consider participants’ individual goals. Group composition is based on fostering diversity of background and experience.

The total time required for the BiNe-Journey varies from person to person, but you should plan for approximately 10 hours. How much time you put into working on your goal is up to you.

Each participant decides on an individual goal that they would like to work on during their BiNe-Journey. Any goal relating to your professional environment is possible. There is no right or wrong. You decide where the journey leads.

Keep in mind that BiNe ENGAGE offers support on the path to achieving your goal. However, it does not provide specific materials, such as for learning a foreign language or using artificial intelligence tools.

It is essential to find a goal that suits you best and allows you to dedicate the necessary time and effort to working on it in your day-to-day life. Within the original BiNe format, goals have been chosen from the following areas thus far:

• Self-management & productivity
• Skill development (AI, specialist knowledge, further training)
• Communication, impact & visibility
• Leadership, project work & organizational development
• Networking & professional future (including self-employment)

To find a fitting goal, you can ask yourself the following questions:

• What projects are you currently working on?
• What topics are you currently interested in?
• Are there areas I want to develop further?
• What is preventing you from realizing your plan?
• What would you like to achieve professionally or personally?
• What impetus is needed for you to achieve long-term change for yourself?
