Incomings from our partner universities are first nominated by their home university for a study period in Heilbronn.They then apply for admission with the International Office of Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences. All further information including the online-application link will be sent from the International Office after the nomination by your home university.
For incoming students of our partner universities, there are two application deadlines per year:

In order to assure a high quality of English in the Master course, applicants are required to proof a high proficiency in English by one of the following certifications:
The TOEFL code of Heilbronn University is 2751. No other certificates are accepted.

You will need good language knowledge in English for the master programme Business Managment (MU), certificated by one of the following tests:
After the cmpletion of the uploads of all application documents, we will send you a letter of admission, including all further information on your studies at our University, within four to six weeks following the application deadline.
If you have applied for a room at one of our student accommodations, you will be informed in mid-July (for the winter semester) or in mid-January (for the summer semester) of whether you will get the room.In the time following you will receive e-mails from the International Office with reference 'Important News from International Office'.
