The Lab:D as a learning measure in the real classroom also makes it possible to try out more unusual concepts and gain experience with them. Within this framework, 3 to 4 experiments are designed, implemented and evaluated per semester. We commit ourselves to this, taking into account data protection-relevant criteria in the world of our students, who are already well versed in digital spaces and use these platforms for their daily joint activities, to find their identity through digital role models such as gamers and influencers, or for their own information.
We transfer well-known "analogue" concepts of self-efficacy and self or project management into the digital space. Here we implement various classic formats such as Working Out Loud (WOL), Service Learning, EduScrum or OKR-based learning in hybrid formats and test their effect on students.
Zur Vernetzung und Erprobung innovativer Lehrideen durch ganz unterschiedliche Mitwirkende wurde der Wettbewerb "Geld sucht Ideen" exemplarisch für das Sommersemester 2022 ausgeschrieben.
Lernen im virtuellen Raum wird besonders spannend, wenn es internationale und interdisziplinäre Komponenten beinhaltet. In COIL Projekten arbeiten Studierende in internationalen und virtuell vernetzten Teams gemeinsam an ihren Aufgaben. Dadurch erwerben sie interkulturelle Kompetenzen, erlernen den Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Medien und vertiefen ihre Fremdsprachenkenntnisse.
Zwischen Februar und Juni 2022 wurden weltweit knapp 270 Teams zu den unterschiedlichsten Themen vom PRESENCING INSTITUTE begleitet und zur Methode Theory U gecoacht. Im Februar 2022 ist unsere gemeinsame Lernreise an und für die HHN gestartet.
