Before applying to Heilbronn University, non-German Bachelor degrees need to be declared equivalent to a German first degree. More information about the recognition of foreign degrees is available here.
It is possible to have your Studienkolleg certificate sent directly to Heilbronn University. To do so, you must contact Studienkolleg Konstanz with a written request that a certificate be sent to Heilbronn University. Contact information for Studienkolleg Konstanz can be found on their website. You should request that the certificate be sent to the following address:

All applicants must complete the following steps to apply to Heilbronn University
After completing and submitting the online form, you must print and sign the document. This signed document must be sent with your other application documents.
Unless specifically noted, the documents below are required for your application. For the application process, simple copies of the required documents are sufficient. In case of admission, students have to present either the original documents or certified true copies of the required documents when getting enrolled. Sworn translations are necessary if the original documents are not issued in German or English.
**Due to the corona pandemic, the submission of applications in paper form from international students who are resident abroad, could be extended exceptionally till the matriculation. Therefore, sending your application by the application deadline as a soft-copy to the responsible contact person in the registration office would be adequate. However, you must submit the documents in paper form by the matriculation.**
