About the University

ocated in the north of Spain, León University has been a public university since 1979. It has two campuses, one in the city itself and another 110km to the West in Ponferrada. Attendees of the university's main campus in León can enjoy the rich history of the city, which stretches back to Roman times.

About the Location

León, a city on the Río Bernesga in northwestern Spain, is the capital of the province of León. It is home to numerous churches and cathedrals known for their architecture and art. Among them is the 13th century Gothic Catedral de León with its towers and flying buttresses.

Student Housing: Students normally opt for Halls of Residence or shared flat. However, shared flat is the most popular and cheapest type of accommodation. A single room in a fully furnished share flat, ranges from 150€ to 250€ per month.
