Tuesday, 16.09.2025: Get-together and Game Night at the TechCampus
Meet your future fellow students as well as students from other faculties and degree programs at a relaxed get-together from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. You are welcome to bring your own games, but a large selection will also be provided. Pizza, snacks, soft drinks, beer, and music will be available as well.
Wednesday, 17.09.2025: Interactive City Tour of Heilbronn
To help you get to know your future place of study better, we have prepared an interactive city tour with selected venues and legendary spots. You will have to solve various puzzles and work together as a team. At the end, there will be an award ceremony with prizes at the UnschlagBar in Heilbronn, where you can also round off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere – or continue exploring on your own (at that time, the Heilbronn Wine Festival will also be taking place in the city). The city tour will take place in teams, which we will randomly put together. The meeting point is at the TechCampus at the info counter near the main entrance.

The central student advisory service of the HHN offers valuable tips for the start of the new semester.
The introductory event for the digital campus will give you an overview of all the important digital tools you will need for your studies. We will show you how to navigate the Ilias learning system, use the university portal for exam registrations, access emails and find other key online services offered by the university.

LIV offers several library introductory tours at the start of the semester.
In these events, which take place virtually on Webex, you will learn the most important things about the library LIV, the current options for borrowing and use, return deadlines, how to search the online catalogue, and you will also get a few visual impressions of the library.
You do not need to register to participate, all you need is a browser and an audio connection. Simply follow the respective "Participation" link at the specified time. You can expect this to be about 30-45 minutes long.
