A warm welcome to Heilbronn University!

To welcome all first-year students to Heilbronn, we warmly invite you to our Orientation Days during the week before the official start of lectures.

What is the Orientation Phase?

The aim of the Orientation Phase is to provide you with information about your studies, student life, the campus and Heilbronn, while also giving you the opportunity to meet and connect with other first-year students and students from higher semesters.

What can I expect during the Orientation Phase?

On Tuesday, September 22, a First-Year Student Community Run, powered by OC OR, will take place in Heilbronn. 

Everyone who would like to run together, discover Heilbronn and meet new people is welcome to participate. Of course, everyone else is welcome to join as well! The run will start at Bildungscampus, and a route of approximately 6 kilometers is planned. Further information will be announced via social media in September. No registration is required.

On Wednesday, September 23, we invite you to take part in our pub quiz night at Bildungscampus. 

You can look forward to a fun quiz evening in teams, with questions covering many different categories. A prize awaits the winning team! Afterwards, various games and snacks will be available for everyone who would like to continue getting to know each other and is not ready to head home yet. You are also welcome to bring your own games. If you would like to participate, please register using the link below. The teams will be formed on site. If you would like to be on a team with your friends, please indicate this when registering.

On Thursday, September 24, the annual city rally through Heilbronn starts at TechCampus. 

Participants will compete in teams and complete a route together, passing well-known hotspots and taking on various challenges along the way. The winning team will receive a prize at unschlagBar, a games bar in Heilbronn. If you would like to participate, please register using the link below. The groups will be formed on site. If you would like to be in a group with your friends, please indicate this when registering.
