What are the welcome week and the O-phase?

The welcome week is a program for all our exchange students (Incomings). We would like to get to know you and introduce you to our campus, German culture and language.

The Orientation phase is a program for all students who complete the entire study program with us. The aim of the O-phase is to obtain information about studying in Künzelsau, student life and to make contact with other first-year students and students from the higher semesters.

What can I expect in the welcome week and in the O-phase?

Both programs contain information, fun and the opportunity to network :-)

To ensure that you arrive safely and have a pleasant start, we will also support you during the welcome week with a campus tour, a trip to the city Schwäbisch Hall, BBQ and sports with professors, important appointments, e.g. at the town hall and at the bank to open an account and, as the grand finale, an excursion with the International Office. :-)

The program of the O-phase includes information events and activities such as a campus tour, Künzelsau Rallye, BBQ and sports with professors, Company Games with companies from the region and, as the grand finale, an O-phase quiz with great prizes! This is a good way to compensate for the math bridge course. :-)
