Diversity Management an der HHN
While gender equality work has a long-standing tradition at universities, the cross-cutting issue of “Diversity Management” has only come into sharper focus over the past decade or so. In 2015, our Department for Equity and Diversity was established as a central administrative unit to strategically integrate these areas of work and embed them as a shared cross-cutting responsibility within the HHN.

Each one contributes to the area of “Diversity Management.” This page provides an overview of explicitly cross-dimensional initiatives that implement diversity as a holistic approach and contribute to equal opportunity and protection against discrimination at a higher level.
