The Faculty International Business and the Facutly of Business and Transport are both located at the Bildungscampus in the city center of Heilbronn. Both faculties offer a variety of courses in the English language, however you are more than welcome to choose courses offered in German language as well.
We ask you, to choose courses within the faculty you are enrolled, either Faculty International Business or Faculty Business and Transport Management. This will ensure a better assistance in case of problems. Of course it is also possible to choose courses from the other faculty, provided that there is enough capacity.
For assistance with the programme you would like to pursue at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences, please contact us at the Faculty of Business and Transport Management (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the Faculty International Business (email@example.com)
Please note: The choice of subjects in the master programmes can be made only within the master programme for which the applicant will be accepted at Heilbronn University. A combination of subjects from different master programmes is not possible.
The English taught lectures of the Faculty of Mechanics and Electronics, Faculty of Industrial and Process Engineering as well as of the Faculty of Informatics, all based on Campus Sontheim can be found here:
The Faculty Engineering and Business at the Campus Künzelsau (Reinhold-Würth-Hochschule) and the Faculty Management and Sales at the Campus Schwäbisch Hall are 20 km away from each other and can be reached by bus (50 minutes ride, every hour).
Bachelor business students can also select some business subjects from the other Campus. The possibility to follow the courses on the other Campus ultimately depends on the final scheduling of the courses. A combination of subjects with the Campuses in Heilbronn is not possible.
Heilbronn university places great importance on promoting the foreign language and regional competency of its students. This also applies to the qualification of exchange students in the field of „German as a foreign language.“ All language courses are based on the levels of the "Common European Framework of Reference for Languages" (CEFR). This CEFR grid aids assessment and self-assessment.
A German grading test is carried out as part of the introduction programme.
