Projects
The Faculty of Engineering, Business and Social Sciences is involved in a wide range of international projects and initiatives. Key areas include strengthening international partnerships, promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and supporting student and staff mobility. These projects contribute to the faculty’s international network and further advance its internationalization efforts.
Deutsche Partnerschaft im Indo-Pazifik
With the project “German Partnership in the Indo-Pacific” Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences is strengthening its partnership with Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR) in Jakarta, Indonesia. The project focuses on the mutual exchange of students and teaching staff as well as the development of sustainable international structures. In this way, it creates new perspectives and opportunities for cooperation between Indonesia and Europe.
Studienkolleg Indonesia@HHN
The Studienkolleg Indonesia@HHN program provides Indonesian high school graduates with a pathway to a bachelor’s degree at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences – Campus Künzelsau. The scholarship program combines targeted preparation for studying in Germany with attractive opportunities for academic, professional and personal development in the Heilbronn-Franconia region.
X-Culture - Connecting Cultures (COIL)
In the X-Culture Project, students from around the world work together in international virtual teams. Over a period of two months, they jointly develop solutions to real-world business challenges and create a business plan. Along the way, they gain valuable experience in intercultural communication, digital collaboration and international business.
Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs)
Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) combine digital learning with international collaboration and an intensive on-site phase. In cooperation with partner universities, the Faculty of Engineering, Business and Social Sciences offers various BIPs covering a wide range of academic topics. Students work alongside peers from different countries, develop their intercultural skills and gain valuable international experiences.
