AGG Complaints Office
If you wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding discrimination or bullying at Heilbronn University, the AGG Complaints Office is available to assist you in accordance with Section 13 of the General Equal Treatment Act. Please contact Prof. Wanja Wellbrock. in the first instance. Together with Erika Müller and the Rector, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Lenzen, he forms the Complaints Office at Heilbronn University.
Legal basis and procedural process
In the event of discrimination, bullying or stalking, you have the right to lodge a complaint. This is based on the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and the Statutes on Protection against Discrimination and Bullying. Nevertheless, lodging a formal complaint is a major hurdle for many people.
