Online Workshop "Skills Evaluations: How Companies Assess Your Skills"

In this workshop for international students and students with an international focus, we will explore some of the methods companies use to evaluate candidates' skills during the recruitment process. Participants will gain insight into the recruiter's perspective and the objectives behind these assessments.

You will also learn how assessment results are analysed and which key competencies employers look for. The workshop aims to help participants develop a clearer understanding of how to navigate the skills assessment process and strengthen their competencies to stand out in the German job market.

The workshop will be held in English and is recommended from the level B2.
