Manuel Pflumm lehrt und forscht seit 2024 an der Hochschule Heilbronn in den Bereichen Führung, Personalmanagement und Gamifiziertes Lernen. Manuel Pflumm durchläuft im Rahmen des Bund-Länder-Programms „FH-Personal“ ein dreijähriges Qualifizierungsprogramm zur Vorbereitung auf eine Regelprofessur in Kooperation mit dem Krcmar Lab (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Helmut Krcmar) der School of Computation, Information und Technology an der Technischen Universität München. Manuel Pflumm ist zweimaliger Gründer und war davor Geschäftsführer im multinationalen Konzern.

Short profil:

Manuel Pflumm has been teaching and researching in the fields of leadership, HR management and Game-based Learning at Heilbronn University since 2024. As part of the federal-state program "FH-Personal", Manuel Pflumm is undergoing a three-year qualification program to prepare for a regular professorship in cooperation with the Krcmar Lab (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Helmut Krcmar) of the School of Computation, Information and Technology at the Technical University of Munich. Manuel Pflumm is a two-time founder and was previously managing director in a multinational corporation.
