PROSIT

PROSIT is an Open Source disease modelling community active since 2006. PROSIT develops disease models in general but with a particular focus on pre-diabetes and diabetes mellitus including cardiovascular endpoints. The models are published under the open GNU Public License Version 2.

NIPAH Virus Disease Modelling project

The project focuses on health-economic pandemic disease modelling using the use case of the Nipah virus.
The first complete Nipah virus model has been finished. It relies on the common PROSIT methodology as all health economic models.

Longboard & Skateboard Lab

The actual Longboard & Skateboard Lab of the GECKO Institute is located at the Karl-Heinz-Losch Rollsportstadion of the Rollschuh- und Eislaufverein Heilbronn von 1934 e.V. (REV). There, longboard and skateboard body movements are recorded to generate a data base that enables further motion analysis. An AI-based motion analysis model is currently in development.
