How to apply

Important information about APS – please notice!

Applicants from India, China and Vietnam: 
due to the high volume of applications at the Academic Review Board in New Delhi, there are long waiting times for the processing of applications.

In order to ensure that you have the recognition certificates required for the admission procedures at the universities in good time, the Studienkolleg Konstanz has decided to issue them even without presenting the APS certificate.

Nevertheless, please apply for your APS certificate in time! This must be presented in the original at the latest at the time of enrollment.

Two steps to your study place

Applies only to applicants with a non-German Bachelor's degree: international applicants need a recognition of certificates for their application for HHN. Any non-German Bachelor's degree needs to be declared equivalent to a German degree. Applicants with international certificates must first get their certificates recognized by the Center for International Students Konstanz or by uni-assist.

Please note: you can apply for certificate recognition at any time, there is no application deadline. Konstanz processing times can be 3-4 weeks, depending on when you apply.
Step 2Online Application at Heilbronn University
The Online portal is closed! You can apply for the new intake in summer 2026 from around mid-November.

You will be excluded from consideration for a place in the study programme if you cannot provide the recognition of certificates by the application deadline!
