Guest auditorium

You can attend lectures and language courses in a guest auditorium at Heilbronn University.

Process

  1. Please submit the application for admission as a guest auditor to the Registration Office.
  2. The Registration Office will obtain an opinion on your participation from the faculties you have specified.
  3. If the application is approved by the faculty, you will receive a letter of admission for the guest auditorium. 
  4. You must pay the fee stated in the letter of admission.

Costs ​

According to § 17 LHGebG in conjunction with the university fee statutes, a guest auditor fee is payable for each semester:

- 90 € for employed persons

- 50 € for non-employed persons or trainees (against proof)

For language courses, an additional fee of €60 to €90 is payable for two semester hours per week.
