You will gain specific knowledge of all aspects of modern HR, combined with cultural and international topics as well as basic language training in Business English.
The main course focuses on developing interdisciplinary skills in all relevant fields of operational and strategic human resource management. These include, amongst other things, HR policy, recruitment, incentive schemes, staff development, international assignments and HR research.
Through regular specialist lectures and field trips, you will gain an insight into current HR practices within companies. The option of spending a semester abroad Arounds off your studies and broadens your international experience and perspectives.

You will be able to manage all relevant HR processes, such as workforce planning, recruitment and staff development. You will also be able to analyse, solve and shape complex human resources issues. The programme is designed to meet the demands of advancing globalisation and demographic change.
Once you have graduated, a wide range of career opportunities will open up in the human resources departments of companies across all sectors and of all sizes.
