COIL and Virtual Exchange
What is COIL?
COIL stands for Collaborative Online International Learning and is a special form of virtual exchange.
It refers to collaborative international teaching and learning formats and enables intercultural experiences for teachers and students by digital means or in a blended learning format. The focus is on joint project work by students in an international environment.

Heilbronn University is expanding its international collaborative learning formats.
Today you can work on a case study together with fellow students from a US university, tomorrow you can take a statistics course with students from an Israeli university. - The world is now moving even closer together at HHN. The promotion of internationalisation and digitalisation goes hand in hand: it has never been easier or more natural to make new contacts digitally, especially international contacts, and to learn across national borders.
Memberships and cooperations
