Your student record

Your student record is managed through a web-based system known as  HIS online portal. You will need to use student account in order to manage your life whilst a student at Heilbronn University. It is your responsibility to ensure your record is accurate.

You will use this portal  to manage various aspects of your student record including

  • Notification of changes in contact details
  • Downloading certificate of enrolment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)
  • Exam registration
  • Reviewing and downloading transcripts
