Dipl.Psych. Susan Barth
Susan is responsible for the innovation and start-up culture at the university in the Vice-Rector for Research, Transfer, Innovation and heads the STARTKLAR start-up center. As a work and organizational psychologist, she researches and advises on topics relating to the systemic and individual requirements of innovation. She is a Fellow of the Federal Government's Competence Center for the Creative and Cultural Industries and accompanies startups and open innovation projects on their behalf. She is also on the board of the newly founded management network for women in the Heilbronn area. She has already founded herself - first a small manufacture, then a social intervention. Her heart beats for systemic innovation processes that think about the future of society.
As the coordinator of the state-funded SHUTTLE project, Lisa works first and foremost on the interlinking between the individual departments. Due to her studies in art and cultural studies as well as a master’s degree in business management, she does the necessary translation work for interdisciplinary courses and projects and is our contact person for the lessons and event planning. With her creative eye, she is also responsible for communication and visual design. Lisa is passionate about entrepreneurship, female empowerment and responsible entrepreneurship and supports the STARTKLAR range of courses with these perspectives.
Martin can already look back on several years of HHN experience. After studying social sciences, he has been a research assistant at the Faculty of International Business since 2014, responsible for the acquisition of third-party funds and teaching business ethics. Since May 2019, he has been supporting the STARTKLAR start-up center primarily in the development and implementation of technically oriented projects such as the establishment of the new makerspace, in which he benefits from his technical training as a cutting machine operator. In addition, Martin is doing his doctorate at the University of Cottbus-Senftenberg in the field of the energy transition.
As the owner of the first unpackaged shop in Heilbronn, our coordinator Linda has solid founding experience. After her training as a media clerk and her bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on media and communication, she already worked in marketing and project management in several companies. As a STARTKLAR coordinator, she promotes the anchoring of innovation and start-up-relevant structures and is the first contact person for communication and marketing topics. She is also part of the InduKo project which is dedicated to promoting innovation at the university of Heilbronn.
