STARTKLAR is the start-up centre of Heilbronn University and was founded in 2017 within the Prorectorate for Research, Innovation and Transfer. Through this integration, we are an integral part of the university structure and work particularly closely along current research priorities within HHN. We promote a lively innovation and start-up culture through our wide range of teaching formats, interactive spaces and projects. Furthermore, we investigate innovation processes, the interlocking of companies and society, and the development of start-up-relevant competences. Interactive and diverse exchange is important to us. Within our network, we bring students, founders, experts and companies together and thus promote the networking of knowledge and competences. We work on the basis of openness, trust and mutual respect towards all participants in our ecosystem. Our goal is to sensitise people inside and outside the university to entrepreneurial thinking and to enable them to actively shape our society in the long term.
What we work for:
In line with these guiding principles, we support start-up projects from the development of ideas to the marketable product. To this end, we provide important knowledge, missing competences, creative spaces and suitable partners from our ecosystem in order to provide competent support for every step of the start-up path. We sensitise people to the importance of start-up-relevant competences, even outside of setting up one's own business, and promote personal initiative and responsibility in dealing with tasks and ideas.
In order to meet our goals, we have built up a team which, thanks to its broad range of competences, is always able to provide the right contact persons and thus qualified support for the diverse tasks and challenges.
