Business graduates with international expertise have excellent career opportunities around the world. More and more companies are operating across borders, especially German companies having a significant presence in international markets. With that being said, German is the largest export nation worldwide.

The contents of the study programme are focused on the needs of large and medium-sized companies in the consumer, capital goods and service industry who are looking to employ business graduates with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management or Marketing in the framework of international business. Typical fields of activity, even during the first years following graduation e.g. the selection and screening of international markets, international product management, international accounting as well as human resources.

The professors and lecturers of the International Business – Intercultural Studies team are distinguished academics, toting a minimum of 5 years of practical experience – also in foreign countries. The professors research in their selected areas and maintain strong contacts to international companies. Company representatives offer regular lectures to bring the newest expertise from the ground into the classroom.
