Application Forms

Please use the Master Programme application form.
The form can be filled in on the computer and then printed. Please keep us informed about any changes in your contact details. We will use email to contact you throughout the application procedure. Make sure that you have clearly written your email address and that you regularly check your email account.

Please be informed that enrollment in this programme takes place only once a year, i.e. summer semester. Application deadline is January 15th. Applications and documents received after this date cannot be considered.

With the application form, please submit copies of the following documents (in German or English translation and legalized by a German authority):

• General Certificate of Education or other school leaving certificate;
• First Degree Awarded relevant to this application or Transcript of Academic Record;
• TOEFL or IELTS results (except native speakers);
• Curriculum vitae;
• Letter of Motivation (approximately 2 pages in English language).

If applicable, please submit the following documents as well:

• If you were awarded your first degree by a non-European institution, its eligibility must be confirmed by the ASK-Konstanz (www.ask.htwg-konstanz.de). Please enclose such confirmation.
• If you were awarded your first degree by a Chinese or Vietnamese institution, its eligibility must be confirmed by the APS, German Embassy, Beijing (www.peking.diplo.de) or Hanoi (www.hanoi.diplo.de). Please enclose such confirmation. For Chinese and Vietnamese applicants this confirmation substitutes the confirmation of the ASK-Konstanz.
• If you were awarded your first degree by a European institution, please enclose a confirmation stating the ECTS*-Credits achieved in your first degree (if not specified in the certificate).
• Testimonial confirming your relevant work experience after First Degree.
• Certificate confirming your international experience abroad.
