Welcome to the Master Programme International Business & Intercultural Management!

The MA International Business & Intercultural Management is a multidisciplinary Master of Arts Programme that has been created by the university's Business Faculties in close consultation with business, industry and the professions and in response to a challenging and rapidly developing organisational environment. The programme is dedicated to qualifying first degree graduates for management positions in globally operating organisations. It gives an international approach to business administration and focuses on the intercultural implications in today’s global business environment.

The programme is entirely delivered in English and usually takes 18 months to complete. It starts in the summer term of each academic year (mid-March).
