What is the deadline for application?
Application deadline is January 15th each year for the intake mid-March.
Is it possible to apply for the winter term?
No, the MA International Business & Intercultural Management only starts once a year, each spring term.
Do I need to be proficient in German?
The MA International Business & Intercultural Management is completely delivered in English. German language skills are not required.
How much is the tuition fee?
A € 500 tuition fee is applied each semester at all public institutions of higher education in Baden-Württemberg for German and international students. Additionally, € 40 will have to be paid for administration plus about € 40 to € 70 are due for student social services each academic term.
Is there a TOEFL code available for Heilbronn University?
Yes, the TOEFL code for Heilbronn University is 2751.
Where can I get information about scholarship programmes?
Scholarships can be researched on the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) website. Please contact the DAAD office in your country directly for further information. (http://www.daad.de/)
My first degree was awarded by a non-European institution, therefore its eligibility must be confirmed by the ASK-Konstanz. How can I get this ASK certificate?

Please hand in the following documents to ASK and note that all copies should be authenticated by a German authority (e.g. German embassy, German consulate):

  1. Application form of ASK Konstanz (Download: www.ask.htwg-konstanz.de)
  2. Certificate of the university-entrance qualification (Zeugnis der Hochschulreife: Bachelor, GCE A-level, Baccalaureat, Matura, Lise Diplomasi, etc.), original (or officially certified copy) together with a German translation. (No translations necessary for English or French)
  3. Transcripts of courses and grades corresponding to the university-entrance qualification in the original together with a German (or English) translation.
  4. Resume/CV of your educational background in tabular form
  5. 2 passport-size photographs
  6. Transcripts of one's university/college courses and grades up till the present, including the degree certificate (certified copy plus translation), certificate of registration (Immatrikulationsnachweis), certificate of a passed university entrance exam (Hochschulaufnahmeprüfung)
